Complimentary for existing Nakada Design clients. A paid plan is available for ongoing volume.

A note

Example
An empty room, then an AI-staged reading of the same room

The image on the right is not a photograph of real furniture. It is an AI-staged version of the empty room on the left. Buyers must be told a listing photo is virtually staged.

Before
Empty unfurnished living room used as the staging demo source
After (AI-staged)
The same room virtually staged by AI with contemporary furniture

Static demonstration only. Your result will depend on the photograph you provide.

Why listings are staged

An empty room photographs smaller than it lives. Buyers read scale from furniture, and staging services charge for every photo precisely because furnished frames hold attention longer.

This tool holds the architecture of your photograph, the windows, floor and view, and places furniture at realistic scale in the style you choose. Use it to prepare a listing conversation, test a furnishing direction, or brief a physical stager.
‍

Disclose staged photographs

Virtual staging must be disclosed. MLS rules and fair-advertising practice expect staged images to be labeled, most simply a caption reading "virtually staged".

Keep the unstaged original alongside the staged frame, and never stage away defects: the tool adds furniture, it does not repair the room.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is AI virtual staging?

Software furnishing of an empty room photograph. The architecture of the photo is preserved and furniture is generated at realistic scale in a chosen style, in place of renting furniture for a shoot.

Will the room itself change?

The process is instructed to keep walls, windows, floors, views and camera angle exactly as photographed, and to add furnishings only. Always review the result before publishing.

Do I need to disclose virtual staging?

Yes. MLS rules and advertising standards expect virtually staged photos to be labeled as such, and the unedited original to remain available. A simple "virtually staged" caption is standard.

Which photographs work best?

A wide, level, well-lit frame of an empty or nearly empty room. Strong angles, clutter or heavy furniture in the source reduce the quality of the staging.

Is this complimentary?

Complimentary for existing Nakada Design clients, within daily limits. A paid plan is available for ongoing volume.
