We're a boutique luxury marketing agency in Los Angeles (NakadaDesign.com) serving high-end brands. We're hiring one exceptional, self-directed person to become our AI Operations Manager — someone who directs AI (Claude) to produce content, copy and creative at a high standard, and owns the quality of everything that ships. This is a business role, not a personal-assistant role. You won't do manual grunt work; you'll run the machine: tell AI what "great" looks like, catch what's wrong, and ship polished work for us and our clients. We're on the cutting edge — you won't create by hand, you'll direct AI to create, in line with our guidelines and high standards.
Compensation
We start with a paid part-time trial (about 20 hours per week) and move the right person to full-time within 4–8 weeks, starting at $1,000+/month plus a performance bonus. We pay more for people who prove they're exceptional.
What You'll Do (you'll rotate across all three)
- Direct our AI (Claude) to create. Draft SEO pages, blog posts, website copy and graphics by directing AI against our brand guidelines and quality bar — then review, correct and quality-check every output. No coding, no manual creation; you orchestrate AI and own the result.
- Run social media. Plan, create, schedule and post across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for us and our clients — and engage the audience (comments, replies).
- Own quality. Audit AI output and our live websites — accuracy, brand consistency, links, formatting and mobile display — and fix or flag issues before they go live.
You Must Have
- Native-level written English (you'll create public-facing content — non-negotiable)
- Tech-savvy: no coding needed, but you know how to direct AI to get great results
- Sharp attention to detail
- Real experience using AI tools for actual work
- A love of learning and a self-directed, figure-it-out mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity — you don't need step-by-step instructions to move
- A reliable schedule and stable, fast internet
Especially Strong Fit If You
- Have used Claude (Cowork or Code) before
- Know the basics of content marketing, SEO and website performance (clicks, conversion rate) and social media marketing
- Have managed AI agents or AI output before
- Have grown a real social media account
- Have built an app, website, dashboard or other digital asset with AI
