Listing Photo Declutter

Upload a lived-in photograph. Choose what to clear: everyday clutter, vehicles, bins and wires. The furniture and the room stay exactly as shot; the mess leaves the frame.
‍

Complimentary for existing Nakada Design clients. A paid plan is available for ongoing volume.

A note

Example
A lived-in room, then the same room with the clutter removed

The image on the right is an AI edit of the photo on the left: the furniture is untouched; only the clutter has been removed and the surfaces filled to match.

Before
A lived-in living room with boxes, toys and laundry before decluttering
After (AI-decluttered)
The same living room with the clutter removed by AI, furniture unchanged

Static demonstration only. Your result will depend on the photograph you provide.

Clutter is the cheapest thing to fix

Buyers cannot unsee a laundry pile. Decluttering is the least expensive improvement a listing photo can receive, and photo services bill it per image.

This tool removes the everyday mess, boxes, cables, toys, bins, parked cars, while keeping the furniture, the architecture and the light exactly as photographed.
‍

Edit honestly

Removing personal items is accepted photo preparation. Clearing a counter in software is the same act as clearing it before the shoot.

Removing the property's faults is not. Do not erase damage, stains, or permanent features; that misrepresents the home. When in doubt, disclose the edit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Qué hacemos does the declutter remove?

You choose what leaves the frame: everyday clutter (papers, cables, boxes, toys, laundry, dishes), vehicles in the drive, or bins and wires. Furniture, art, and the room itself are instructed to stay as photographed, so the listing still shows the real space rather than a rebuilt room.

Will my furniture stay?

Yes. The edit targets loose clutter and fills revealed surfaces to match existing materials and light. Inspect edges, reflections in glass, and patterned rugs after the pass. If a chair leg or counter edge looks soft, regenerate or retouch that area before the listing goes live.

Is it acceptable to declutter a listing photo?

Removing personal items and mess is generally accepted photo preparation, the digital equivalent of tidying before the photographer arrives. Removing defects, water stains, damaged finishes, or permanent features misrepresents the property and can violate listing rules. When in doubt, leave permanent conditions alone.

Which photographs work best?

A level, well-lit frame where clutter is distinct from the furniture works best. Very heavy clutter that hides large stretches of floor or counter gives the model less clean surface to restore. Turn on lights and open blinds so the fill has real material to match.

Is this complimentary?

Complimentary for existing Nakada Design clients within daily limits. Studios that need steady volume can move to a paid plan. Every result is a draft: review lighting, edges, and material detail before you publish, send to a client, or upload to an MLS.
