AI Sky Replacement & Relight
Upload an exterior. Choose the conditions: clear blue sky, golden hour, sunset, or a lawn repair. The building, landscaping and framing stay exactly as shot; only the light and sky change.
Complimentary for existing Nakada Design clients. A paid plan is available for ongoing volume.
The image on the right is an AI relight of the frame on the left; the architecture is unchanged.
Static demonstration only. Your result will depend on the photograph you provide.
Results remain on screen. Download asks for an email once per browser. Complimentary for clients; volume use is available under a paid plan.

This tool works in daylight conditions: clean blue sky, golden hour, sunset, and lawn repair. The twilight converter is for blue-hour dusk and true night. Both keep structure faithful to the source frame; they simply target different hours and different kinds of weather polish.
The process is instructed to keep the building, openings, landscaping, and camera framing as shot, and to change only the sky and related light. Always review rooflines, tree edges, and reflections in glass before publishing. Never use sky work to hide damage or change the property itself.
Lawn repair keeps the sky and light as shot and evens grass and planting toward a healthy green. Hardscape and architecture stay untouched. Use it for presentation polish on an already fair lawn, not to invent landscaping, hedges, or hardscape that do not exist on site.
Weather is often treated as presentation, and many MLS boards accept sky replacement, while some still require disclosure of any edit. Follow your board's rules, keep the original file, and never alter structure, lot lines, or views of neighboring properties.
Complimentary for existing Nakada Design clients within daily limits. Studios that need steady volume can move to a paid plan. Every result is a draft: review lighting, edges, and material detail before you publish, send to a client, or upload to an MLS.
